Wednesday 14th February 2024 - Northern Lights Tour 2 - Day 5

Today was another Fjord Tour day and something new, we were going to put the cars on a ferry and visit the Lyngen Alps with one last chance at more Aurora in the Evening. We set off around 9am and got the Briedvik to Svensby Ferry across to the Lyngen Alps area this saved around 2 hours by going the long way round. Along the route there was more stunning scenery with Mountains almost looking like they were falling into the water. We stopped several times for Photos and had a lovely lunch in a Cafe with an Interesting owner in the Small town of Lyngseidet before making our way back to Briedvik for nightfall. Some of the pictures along the way were incredible.

We then got the last ferry back and set up along a nice viewpoint and awaited the evenings Aurora but we had a race against time as more cloud was spilling in from the west, we did manage around an hour of very weak dancing before everything got clouded out for the night. Pics Below
