Tuesday 13th February 2024 - Northern Lights Trip - Day 4
Today was our husky sledding day and with cloudy skies this was the perfect day to do this, Skies would possibly clear later in the evening near Tromso so our 11am to 1pm slot was perfect. We had to venture a little bit further than normal for this trip along the Norway/Sweden Border area but the Husky adventure was quite high on the difficulty level and with Strong Winds still affecting the South of Norway it made it quite difficult at times with the Guide having to dig out the Snow that kept infilling the trails set out. Some Pics from the Husky adventure
We got back to Tromso around 4pm and suited up to go out for some breaks in the Clouds, After our long day we did not venture far and settled on Ersfjordbotn and the Aurora showed her beautiful elegance for around 20 minutes which was just enough to grab some pictures over the Harbour and looking down the Fjord to the West. We finished the day around Midnight.
