Sunday 11th February 2024 - Northern Lights Tour 2 - Day 2

After arriving in the late evening of the 10th February and with cloudy snowy skies we went about and got our Winter Clothing and then wandered around town and watched the last day of the Sami Festival which included Reindeer Racing through the middle of Tromso. Skies would clear tonight around the Fjords so we knew we would not have to venture far.

We made a nice curry which we ate at our house and then it was out towards Tromvik again where skies were clearing from the North. I went to a favourite viewing spot of mine just South of there. And the forecast was pretty accurate with a stunning 2 hour display of Northern Lights from 8-10pm.
